Some foods and beverages following has the ability to burn fat and calories without the need for extra power:
  • a. Milk Milk contains calcium which stimulate metabolism. Choose Non Fat Milk. Milk is also rich in carbohydrates which can boost metabolism by keeping insulin levels remain low after we eat. Low insulin will prevent us quickly feel hungry.
