Milk contains carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals. However, is it true if drinking milk can make the body become fat and unhealthy?
Milk we drink is usually a milk cow. However, there are also milk from goats, sheep, horses, deer, zebra and soybean. Milk now circulating in the market is usually the milk was processed.
