Consumption of a diet high in protein, is that good?


Currently, high-protein diet has become one of the popular diets around the world. Many people believe that the practice of a diet high in protein can increase muscle mass so that the diet is often done by the perpetrators of fitness or athletes who want to gain muscle mass and form. In addition, a diet high in protein believed to lose weight and reduce body fat. But does a high protein diet good for the body?
A.      High Protein Diet for the formation of muscle mass
Our bodies need protein. Use protein to build and repair the body's cells are damaged. The process of formation of muscle protein requires that a high protein diet is very useful for people who want to build or just maintain muscle mass. Without eating enough protein each day, will not increase muscle mass. During exercise such as weight lifting and exercise, muscle tissue will undergo breakage. By because it is, your body needs protein to establish, improve and restore the muscle back.
B.     High Protein Diet To lose Weight Loss
A diet high in protein can help you lose weight, increase body fat loss, and reduce the loss of muscle tissue. Protein requires more energy in order to digest compared to other foods that help you lose calories and weight. Protein also helps maintain muscle tissue while fat disappear. If the body does not have enough protein and essential amino acids, the body will take it from existing muscle tissue. Protein diet also helps slow the absorption of glucose into the blood stream which ultimately lowers insulin levels and allows the body to burn fat.


C.      High-protein diets: Good or bad?
Whether or not the high-protein diet is still being debated by many. But for most people a high protein diets are not harmful if taken in the short term, like 3-4 months. Some of the health problems that can be caused by a diet high in protein if consumed in the long term is as follows:
1. A diet high in protein along with carbohydrate restricted diet can lead to nutrient deficiency or deficiencies, including lack of fiber terntenum. Lack of fiber can lead to various health problems such as constipation and diverticulitis and DAPT increase the risk of certain cancers such as colon cancer (due to intestinal emptying time is longer).
2. High-protein diet with red meat and food products rich in fat can increase the risk of disease jantunt.
3. High-protein diets can cause or worsen liver disease and kidney disease. Organs that are problematic will work harder to get rid of the results of protein metabolism.

D.      Not all the Same Protein Diet!
Are all the meals that contain protein as good for the consumer? Not really. High-protein foods are good to eat are as follows:
1. Spirulina contains a lot of protein. Raw foods contain proteins that twelve times easier to digest than protein from meat.
2. Fish and marine products. Fresh fish such as salmon, tuna, shrimp, and squid are low-fat source of protein.
3. Skinless chicken, chicken breast, turkey breast, eggs, almonds, peanuts, and cashews.
